One of Ava's specialties, working on extreme isolation guaranteed to make your mind and body rethink your movements. You'll come away with greater body awareness, and Ava's signature twist on dance.

Floorwork

Destination... Floor. The perfect travel book for floor work. Plan your itinerary with "AvaPlanet"...we will go over how to get there, what to do once you are there, and how to get away to the next local city. Perfect for a little "pick me up" this class will work you out and flatten you out and give you some new fun combos.

Please begin to stretch and warm-up before the workshop. Please bring kneepads or be parepared to buy them at the door.

Get the low down and the know how on locks and pops. Use Ava's scientific background to theorize, posterize, and "lockurize" your movements for that extra special accent when you're dancing.
