Because here's the thing y'all, what we take in (input) vastly affects what we produce (output.) You are an amazing, lovely living being that requires fuel to survive and fuel to thrive. So if we want to maximize how we are in the world, to our loved ones, clients, lovers, friends and ourselves, we need to consider what are we fueling ourselves with. AND, not just healthy food, water, etc, but what are we taking in emotionally and spiritually.
