Build Your Coaching Business

I’m launching a small, focused coaching mentorship as a weekend-long intensive for coaches who are ready to treat coaching as a genuine profession.

This is for you if you’re:

  • already coaching

  • finishing or finished a coaching certificate

  • have a solid professional background and are ready to coach

  • AND you want structure, feedback, and real guidance

I would take this if I were starting again because coaching alone isn’t enough. You need to know how to work with real client challenges, how to sell and retain clients ethically, and how to build something sustainable without burning out or pretending you have it all figured out.

This is not passive learning. Each session includes teaching, coaching review, hot seats, and real implementation time with me in the room. You will leave with a clear business outline, stronger coaching skills, and the confidence to move forward.

It’s practical, focused, and designed for people who are serious about doing this well.

You will leave with an intentional structure for your coaching practice, including your offer, pricing, and client flow. You will also walk away knowing exactly how to market, sell, deliver, and sustain your work so your practice actually functions in the real world.

You will leave with a business plan that works, built around how you actually operate, not a generic model. It will be clear, realistic, and immediately usable so you can start taking clients and making decisions with confidence.

Expert facilitation from a coach with two decades of entrepreneurial experience, an MBA, and over 12 years of coaching professionals across industries and countries. I bring clear structure, real-world business strategy, and the ability to guide people through complex decisions without fluff or false promises.

❋ A Small, Qualified Group

A small, qualified group capped at seven participants so everyone receives direct feedback, real-time review, and space to do the work properly. This format allows for depth, accountability, and meaningful progress over the weekend.

Focus: Building a real coaching business

  • How a coaching business actually works

  • Defining your offer and who it is for

  • Pricing and positioning without overcomplicating it

  • Marketing and sales fundamentals that are ethical and sustainable

  • Live examples and breakdowns

  • Hot seats focused on offers and sales conversations

  • Guided work time to outline your business and offers

Outcome:
You leave Friday with a clear business outline, defined offers, and a realistic sales approach.

Saturday, February 28, 11–4 PM EST

Coaching Skills

Focus: How to coach well

  • Working with core client challenges

  • Understanding what clients are really stuck on

  • How to work with resistance and “hard” clients

  • Creating breakthroughs without forcing outcomes

  • Coaching demonstrations and review

  • Hot seats focused on real client situations

  • Guided practice and feedback

Outcome:
You understand how to coach more effectively and feel grounded handling real client dynamics.

Sunday, March 1, 11–4 PM EST

Retention, Sustainability, and Integration

Focus: Keeping clients, building sustainability, and integrating it all

  • Retaining clients without pressure or manipulation

  • Structuring your work so clients stay and get results

  • Boundaries, energy, and sustainability as a coach

  • Mindset shifts required to lead others professionally

  • Hot seats focused on confidence, decision-making, and next steps

  • Integration and personal action planning

Outcome:
You leave with a plan to retain clients, grow sustainably, and move forward with confidence and clarity.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.
